Graduate students must maintain their registration in all three terms until their program is completed, except in those cases where a formal Leave of Absence has been approved by the Faculty of Graduate Studies. In addition to registering for classes, students must add the Fee Generating Course (REGN 9999) for each term. In the Banner registration system, if REGN 9999 is not added for each term,graduate students are not considered registered. Failure to register properly, before the deadline, may result in non-payment of scholarships and stipends. Students must register at least one month prior to the beginning of each term.
